Terms + Conditions

!! By commissioning me, you agree to the below terms and conditions !!

  • I will accept payment through CashApp ($franksinARTra) or Ko-Fi (thyfrankie).

  • I require a down payment of 25% of our agreed commission price upon acceptance of the commission; after you approve my initial sketch of your piece, please send the remaining 75%.

  • We will discuss details of your commission and cost before it is accepted. I can be very flexible, but please note that the final price of your piece may increase from the base prices listed here depending on the commission.

  • I can adjust details after the initial sketch has been approved by you, but will not dramatically change the piece.

  • Completion time will vary, but ideally all commissions will be completed within two weeks of receiving the down payment (depending on deadlines and queue placements). I will communicate updates to you!

  • I work at around a $20/per hour rate. Please note that your final price may increase if I end up working on your piece for longer than I estimated.

  • Please take into account any currency conversions and be aware that you will be responsible for covering any fees incurred by the payment services used.

USAGE PERMISSIONS

  • THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL OF MY ART, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER IT IS A COMMISSION OR NOT:

  • You may not under any circumstances claim my art as your own, remove my signature from the piece, or alter my art in any way.

  • You may not use my art to train any AI models, or use it in any AI projects whatsoever.

  • You may not use my art on any merchandise, nor sell it in any other form, even with credit.

  • COMMISSION-SPECIFIC PERMISSIONS:

  • I am allowed to post your commission on my social media, use it as an example of my commission work, and use it in any portfolios I may compile in the future, under the condition that I state that it is a commissioned piece.

  • Credit for emotes and profile pictures is deeply appreciated, but not required (unless someone asks you who drew them)!

REFUNDS, etc.

  • In the unlikely event I am unable to complete your commission after receiving your down payment, I will fully refund you.

  • After receiving full payment and beginning work on your piece, I will not refund you unless I'm unable to complete the commission within a month and a half of payment.

QUESTIONS + ANSWERS

How do you deliver art?

I can deliver art through Google Drive, Discord, or e-mail, as either a JPEG, PNG, or PSD.

What size canvas do you use?

I typically use Procreate's default canvas sizes: 2732 x 2048, or 2048 x 2048. Emotes will be drawn on a high-quality scale and delivered sized down and ready to upload for Discord or Twitch. If you require a larger or different canvas size I can accommodate you!

What will/won't you draw?

I am comfortable drawing furries, artistic nudity, and some gore!
I am NOT comfortable drawing NSFW, mecha, or extremely detailed backgrounds/landscapes!

I want to commission you, but it's for something different than your example pieces.
